Cheap Halong Bay Cruises: Best Value for Your Budget

The tour guide was great and attentive, he helped me learn a lot about Halong Bay's history.

The food is delicious. There was plenty of food in every meal!

It did not rain for two days during our trip, which was a great experience.

The scenery was beautiful, and I even saw monkeys while kayaking!

The room of this boat is a bit small (I stay in a twin bed cabin), so it is recommended to bring a small suitcase if possible!

The Cruise is nice , good food and beautiful scenery. it’s unbelievable fantastic when we sat at our balcony with our wine and some light music . Myself , Philip and Joseph have a very good time on the cruise. The only setback was , we waited more than an hour for the transport to take us back to our hotel.

Our trip to Ha Long Bay was beyond imagination, my husband and I had so many unforgettable moments. Tom - our guide was a hilarious person, but he was also helpful. This was such a fantastic trip thanks to all the staff. Great job, Cozy Bay.

Ha Long has very beautiful scenery. There are many small islands and caves on the bay, which is very dreamy. I book the Lavender boat and it was great for a 3-star, the food is very good, the staff is friendly, and the guide Quang is nothing to criticize. However, the weather is a bit hot, you shouldn’t travel to the bay from June to August if you hate the sunny weather.

 

Every time I come to Ha Long, it leaves me with a warm feeling of hospitality to both nature and people. I will often travel here and introduce it to many of my friends.

It'd be better if we had a private cabin in our room. But the service makes up for it. Very good!

Rivar, one of the staff members, was really kind and took care of all of our requirements. The accommodations were spotless and well-kept. We were really pleased with our tour guide, Hung, who was enthusiastic and professional. We learned a lot about Vietnam's history and were happy that the trip had been arranged to avoid peak times. Hung deserves praise for organizing such a stress-free trip for us. It was easier to enjoy the surroundings without too many people around.

The bamboo boat excursion for visiting Luon Cave was well-planned and very interesting. The bus from Hanoi was comfortable, too

The day tour on the Serenity Cruise was well-organized. All activities were on time and exactly like the itinerary. The transfer on the Limousine was pleasant. The boat crew was pleasant, kind and attentive.

From the moment of hotel pick-up until our return to the harbor, we had a positive experience. The service and activities provided met our expectations and were enjoyable. However, during the return journey from the harbor to our hotel in Hanoi, we encountered a slight issue. The pickup was not readily visible, and we had to seek assistance from the cruise manager, William, to contact the company and locate the driver. No contact number or explanation regarding the return leg arrangements was provided beforehand. Once William managed to locate the driver, everything was resolved and went smoothly.

 

My advice would be to ensure advance clarification and communication about the return journey to avoid any confusion or inconvenience.
