Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

5.5 hours: Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay - Thien Canh Son Cave
Morning
At around 8:30, you’ll be picked up (book in the next step with an additional fee) at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Halong International Harbor.
After around 2.5 hours, you’ll arrive at the port at around 12:00. Let’s proceed to complete the check-in process and listen to the cruise briefing.
Embark on a mesmerizing journey as you set your sights on Bai Tu Long Bay. Sail toward the enchanting Mat Quy islet and Teapot islet, where the splendors of nature unfold before your eyes.
Then, return to the boat, where a delectable lunch awaits. Let’s delight in a seafood feast presented through a buffet or set menu. As you dine, take in the sweeping views and reflect on the enchantment of your journey thus far.
Afternoon
Venture into the captivating Thien Canh Son Cave and set out on a kayaking expedition to explore the charming Cong Do area. Located within the heart of the lush greenery, Thien Canh Son Cave, often likened to a scene from a fairy tale, stands as a testament to the wondrous beauty of nature.
After an eventful day, let’s return to the ship, and indulge in a delightful tea party as the cruise gently sails back to the harbor, passing by Dragon's Head islet and Toad islet.
By approximately17:30, the ship will reach the port and a shuttle bus will be ready to take you from the harbor back to Hanoi.
Evening
You will arrive in Hanoi between 19:30and 20:00, marking the end of your extraordinary journey.

- From Hanoi: The meeting time is 7.45 at Hanoi Opera House, No 1 Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem District. Upon your request, a shuttle bus will pick you up at your stay or hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter.
- From cruise port: If you want to get to Halong Bay Cruise from Hanoi on your own, please meet your tour guide at the waiting lounge at Halong International Harbor, No 01 Ha Long, Bai Chay, Ha Long City before 11.00 to get the safety guidelines and meet the crew. Then an electric tram will transfer you to the port where the La Muse cruise is waiting for you.

Wonderful experience on the La Muse boat, which was intended for several dozen people but we were fortunate to be one of just three families aboard, all of whom were really friendly. The boat, as well as the people, food, and wine, were of higher quality than most we had seen. The personnel is very kind and helpful, the food is excellent, and the kayaking excursion provided a good mix of seeing Halong Bay without spending the night on the boat. Jasmine, our travel agent, was both caring and responsive.
