Mango Charter Cruise 3 Days: Ben Tre - Vung Liem - Sa Dec

Morning

Upon arrival, you will board your charter cruise at Mango Pier and begin your journey along the peaceful An Hoa canals.

Once on board, your luggage will be taken to your cabin while you relax with a refreshing welcome cocktail, meet your crew, and enjoy the serene scenery and fresh river breeze.

The cruise first takes you to Huu Dinh village in Ben Tre, where you’ll set out on a leisurely 4 km bicycle trip with your guide. Let's cycle along quiet village roads lined with coconut palms and tropical gardens.

Return to your cruise and continue cruising through small, quiet canals before boarding a rowing sampan shaded by lush water coconut palms. 

Next, we stop at a local home to sample tropical fruits and chat with the friendly farmer before heading back on board for lunch.

Afternoon & Evening

The journey continues toward Vung Liem town, with another cycling excursion to explore local life and the area’s natural charm. This place offers a great opportunity for you to interact with the friendly locals.

As the day ends, return to your sampan to unwind and enjoy a hands-on cooking class demonstration before a delightful dinner. Overnight on board.

Breakfast will be served onboard as the sampan slowly cruises toward Cai Be, passing through tranquil waterways framed by lush greenery and fruit-laden orchards. 

Let's enjoy a leisurely bike ride through peaceful village lanes mid-cruise, where narrow paths wind between tropical gardens and rustic houses shaded by palm trees.

Take in the gentle pace of life and the natural beauty of the Mekong countryside before returning to your sampan for a freshly prepared lunch while continuing to cruise toward Cai Be town.

Afternoon & Evening

Then, we will make a stop at a local market, vibrant with colors and sounds, where stalls overflow with exotic fruits, flowers, and vegetables, a perfect window into daily Mekong life.

Return to your boat as the sun sets over the river, relax on the deck, and enjoy the calm rhythm of the water before dinner is served. Overnight near Cai Be.

The story tells of a young French girl’s forbidden love affair with a wealthy Chinese man, Huynh Thuy Le, whose former residence still stands as a symbol of their poignant tale.

Enjoy the picturesque views of Sa Dec’s narrow canals, colonial-era buildings, and bustling riverside markets before setting out on a bicycle trip to the renowned flower village of Tan Qui Dong.

For generations, this vibrant village has been the heart of the region’s floral trade, supplying fresh blooms daily to Saigon. Pedal through rows of colorful blossoms and soak in the tranquil beauty of this timeless craft village.

Afterward, take a final moment to enjoy the peaceful river scenery. Then, it’s time to bid farewell to your guide and crew, marking the end of a memorable journey through the enchanting waterways of the Mekong Delta.
