Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the cruise departure date: No charge, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations made 59 to 35 days prior to the cruise departure date: A 50% charge of the total booking amount, including the deposit, will be applied.
- For cancellations made 34 to 10 days prior to the cruise departure date: A 85% charge of the total booking amount, including the deposit, will be applied.
- For cancellations made under 10 days before the cruise departure date or in case of No-show: A 100% charge of the total booking amount, including the deposit, will be applied.
Children Policy
- FOC for children under 4 years
- 70% for children traveling with parents aged from 4 to under 11 years based on adult price.
- Full price for children ages 11 years and up
