11:30: Upon your arrival at Mango Home Pier in Ben Tre, you'll be warmly welcomed aboard your Mango Cruises boat.

Embark on a picturesque cruise along the An Hoa River, heading towards Phong Nam village in Giong Trom. Immerse yourself in the local way of life as you embark on a cycling trip through the village, gaining insights into the daily routines and traditions of the residents.



During your exploration, make a stop at a local house, where you have the opportunity to taste delicious tropical fruits and engage in friendly conversations with the farmer. 

Witness the craftsmanship of the coconut spirits factory, which supplies its products to the local markets in the area.

Continue your journey with a tranquil rowing sampan boat ride through the enchanting small canals, shaded by lush water coconut plants.

Glide through these peaceful waterways until you return to the main river, where your sampan awaits you. Relish a scrumptious lunch served on board, as you soak in the scenic surroundings.

Afternoon

After lunch, your boat will take you to My Long village, where you have a chance to meet Mr. Sau Tuong, a former Vietcong soldier who endured two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. 

Mr. Tuong and his wife now specialize in making rice paper, a renowned specialty of My Long village. Engage in a conversation with Mr. Tuong, savor the crispy rice paper made by his wife, and observe the fascinating process of its creation.

Resume your boat journey and cruise towards Con Oc, an island famous for its coconut products. Hop on a bicycle and make your way to Ms. Dung's house, where her family is renowned for crafting handicrafts from coconut shells. 

Engage in friendly conversations with the locals, gaining insights into their craft, before returning to your boat to relish the enchanting sunset in the late afternoon.

Evening 

Our staff will prepare a cooking demonstration and dinner on board, showcasing the flavors of the region. The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure, basking in the tranquility of the Vam Nuoc Trong canals.
