Gypsy Private Cruise 3 Days 2 Nights: Golden Triangle - Luang Prabang

Morning & Afternoon

8:30: You will meet with the Mekong Kingdom's representative in Chiang Khong for embarkation and have a short safety briefing before beginning your scenic downstream journey along the Mekong River.

As the boat glides past lush landscapes and riverside villages to Pak Tha, you enjoy a freshly prepared lunch onboard.

In the late afternoon, arrive at Ban Pak Tha and settle in for your first overnight stop.



As evening falls, gather for cocktails and canapés while your cruise manager introduces the next day’s program. Then, a delightful dinner will be served onboard, with the bar open for a relaxing night on the river.

After breakfast on board, continue your tranquil voyage along the Mekong River, and feel free to enjoy the river view on the sundeck.

Late in the morning, we arrive at Ban Huay Palam and have an excursion to a charming Khmu village where you can stroll through the community and observe local life along the riverbanks.

Then, return to the vessel and cruise onward toward Ban Kook Eak while enjoying a leisurely lunch onboard.

Afternoon & Evening

In the late afternoon, we’ll arrive at Ban Kook Eak and anchor for the night. As the sun sets over the Mekong, you can enjoy cocktails and canapés to relax.

Get to the restaurant on board for a delightful dinner, then have your free time. The bar remains open for those who wish to unwind under the stars.

Morning

Begin the morning with a nice breakfast on board as the cruise continues downstream to Ban Baw.

Late in the morning, we arrive at the charming Ban Baw. Let's have a visit to a traditional riverside village known for its Lao whisky-making. Observe how locals craft their famous rice whisky using time-honored methods.

Return to Gypsy Cruise, the journey continues toward the sacred Pak Ou Caves, with lunch served on board while sailing.



Afternoon

Upon arrival, we take a small boat to explore the mystical caves, home to thousands of Buddha statues placed by pilgrims over centuries.

In the afternoon, the cruise heads to Wat Dhon Kuhn, where you’ll have time to visit the serene riverside temple before setting sail for the final leg to Luang Prabang.

We arrive at the city around 17:30 and disembark at the car ferry, concluding your memorable Mekong voyage.
