Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Rosy Cruise is a mid-range ship that was launched in 2020 and operates in Lan Ha Bay. It was constructed in a contemporary style with a local touch, resulting in an almost seamless transition from the inside out, ensuring guests the most pleasant time on board.
As one of the best cruises in Halong Bay, Rosy Cruise Halong Bay promises to provide a comfortable overnight stay for a variety of customers, with 22 cabins outfitted with modern interiors, bathtubs, and private balconies. Rosy Cruise Halong Bay has a total of 5 decks with both traditional and modern European features.
The 1st deck includes the kitchen and internal staff area.
The 2nd deck has a reception at the ship’s front, 06 Junior Suites (28m2), and 03 Triple Suites (32m2).
The 3rd deck provides a Jacuzzi at the stern, two Family VIP suites (for 3 people, 40m2), two remaining Triple Suites, 06 Senior Suites, and 02 VIP Suites (55m2) - the most luxurious room on board with larger balconies.
The Junior & Senior Suites both have four rooms that can be connected for families and groups. The VIP Suites are the only rooms with a large terrace.
The 4th deck boasts an exquisite restaurant, a spa room, and the captain area.

Transportation
You can book a high-end limousine/ private car to travel from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter with Best Rate Tours or the cruise company (which requires an extra fee). The transportation has modern facilities, free water bottles, phone chargers, etc.
From Hanoi
The driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter at about 08:00 - 8:30 if you use transfer services and depart Halong Bay for 2.5 hours.
From Tuan Chau Harbor
Self-transfer passengers will need to arrive at No.26, Tuan Chau Harbor before 11:30 to finish checking in and transfer to the Rosy cruise.

I had a great time on Rosy Cruise during my two-day trip to Lan Ha Bay. Launched in 2020, this ship and its facilities are still new and the services are great. Overall, this cruise is suitable for couples and groups who have a mid-range budget.

This cruise is taken good care of. The facilities on board are in good condition. The Junior Suite I stayed in was large enough for two (28m2) with a bathtub and a small balcony.

- The sundeck has many sun loungers so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot to relax.
