Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
  • From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
  • The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
  • Children below 4 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 75% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
  • Children from 4 to under 12 years old: charge 75% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
  • 2 Children under 11 stay in a serapate room will pay double room, 1 child stay in a serapate room will pay 100% adult rate
  • Children from 12 years old; same as adult rate

About Paloma Cruise

Paloma Cruise is a Halong Bay mid-range cruise founded in 2010 by Mr. Nguyen Manh Thuc. The ship is designed with an elegant look and excellent service to meet tourists' high standards. The name "Paloma" means Dove in Spanish. As its name indicates, it has been working for more than ten years with the slogan to bring love, peace, and happiness to all customers.

The rustic touch of the traditional boat is what amazes all visitors. You will be astonished by the classic design and wooden details here. The cruise features 20 fully-equipped cabins with big windows and a large sundeck, guaranteeing you can capture the stunning view from every angle. With the priority of safety during the visitors' stay, this Halong Bayjunk boatis built with new shipbuilding technology with a 100 percent composite hull shell and drainage tank. 

A total of 30 dynamic and enthusiastic crews are well-trained to give you the most comfortable service and the highest satisfaction. The cruise route is meticulously planned, allowing you more time to enjoy the highlights of the attractions in Bai Tu Long.

There are two different itineraries for you to choose from. You can go for the Bai Tu Long Bay Cruise two-day-one-night itinerary, which allows you to explore Bai Tu Long Bay, Vung Vieng floating village, Cong Dam area, and Thien Canh Son cave. If you want to engage in more activities, take the longer one - Paloma Cruise three-day-two-night itinerary. There are a lot of activities you can participate in during your overnight stay on the Paloma cruise.

  • Swimming: The boat will anchor, and you can safely swim under the shimmering clear water.
  • Kayaking & bamboo rowing boat: It's a big mistake if you don't challenge yourself with these two interesting activities. You will have a chance to explore the beauty of limestone mountains and caves.

Getting on the cruise, travelers will receive welcome drinks, daily 02 bottles of water in the room, and daily fresh fruits in the restaurant. In addition, extra drinks are available in the bar.   • The 2D/1N itinerary includes four meals: two lunches, one dinner, and one breakfast.
  • The 3D/2N itinerary offers seven meals: three lunches (including one set menu and one BBQ), two dinners, and two breakfasts.



Special Cuisines
The Paloma bus or private car will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter at around 7:30 am. Then we will head to the Vinashin Port in Halong City, Quang Ninh Province (Address of Vinashin Port: 6 Le Thanh Tong, Hong Gai, Halong City)

You can go to the port yourself, but remember to arrive before 12:30 pm to get on board and check in the cabin process.
