Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

On the 1st deck, there is a Tonkin Restaurant and 10 Junior Suites with an area of 34m2 per room.
The 2nd deck is where the spa, An Nam restaurant & main bar are located, while the remaining part is for 10 Junior Suites, 8 Suites and 2 Executive Suites, which cover 34 - 56m2 per room.
The 3rd deck features a plunge pool, the Cochinchine Lounge, and a gathering area of 8 Suites & 1 President Suite up to 80m2.
The 4th and fifth deck (sun deck) are for sunbathing, enjoying the panoramic bay view, and Taichi Class.

Tonkin Restaurant
Tonkin Restaurant is the main 1st-floor restaurant of the cruise with a 350m2 area, where you will be served your main courses. Moreover, the restaurant will be used for guests' welcome and safety rules guidance.

This restaurant is a 150m sub-restaurant on the 2nd deck, mainly just an option to serve groups of guests who require a private space or small events of about 40-45 pax (with an additional fee).
Cochinchine Lounge & Bar
The 380m2 3rd lounge doubles as a conference room and offers live music with impressive bay views. The main bar in the Cochinchine Lounge provides a variety of luxury wines and soft drinks. For sightseeing lovers, the open-air bar on the sundeck is recommended.
Spa
Located on the second deck, the spa can serve 2 guests and offers gorgeous views while you relax with our spa services. The opening hours are from 8:00 to 21:00.

- The time for breakfast on day 2 of the 3-day-2-night option is start from 7:00 - 8:15.
- If you have any special dietary, please let us know since the crew team always customizes to meet your demands.
Indian Cuisine
Indochine Cruises will expand its high-class dining offerings by introducing a dedicated area for authentic Indian dishes to cater solely to our Indian guests on vacation. In addition to the regular international buffet menu, customers may now sample Indian specialties made using the best ingredients.
Groups of 6 Indians or more may notice their nationalities at least 5 days before the departure date for the best dining experience. Moreover, charter groups will have an Indian chef on board for more authentic meals.

About the beverage, two bottles of mineral water per day will be provided complementarily. Extra drinks excluded from the cruise price will be charged separately according to the price listed on the bar menu.
Alcohol drinks
The cocktails are around US $5.5 while the wine is around US $6.5 to 7.5 for each glass. Moreover, the cruise offers the option of providing wine bottles upon request, ensuring that guests' preferences are catered to.

Transportation
Departing from Hanoi
The bus will conveniently collect you from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30. You will then be comfortably transported to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City by a shuttle bus.

if you are arranging your own transportation, it is important to arrive at the designated waiting station (No. 22, Block 2, Tuan Chau International Port) for Indochina Sails around11:30.
By approximately 12:00, all guests will be transferred to the Indochine Cruise via tender for a seamless embarkation process.

We had a fantastic experience during our one-night cruise on Indochine Premium Cruise. The service provided was commendable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the Vietnamese dishes. The only downside was the French cuisine dinner, which was not as appealing to us as Europeans. Nevertheless, the overall cruise experience was definitely worthwhile, despite some concerns about water pollution. We felt that the traditional fishing activity could have been replaced with a more eco-friendly garbage-picking activity. Additionally, we found that some of the other activities on the boat, such as cooking and Tai Chi, were not always as engaging or valuable as we had hoped.More
