Have a full breakfast at the hotel and get ready to cycle around Hanoi. You'll be picked up by our tour guide from the hotel around 07:30 then go to the bike shop to choose your bike for the tour.
First, you will take an excursion through the crowded streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarters to admire the beauty in the architecture, peaceful lifestyle, and culture of the people here.
Then, pass by the Red River on Long Bien Bridge, the historic bridge has witnessed many ups and downs of the capital in the Vietnam War.
After that, visit the Ancient House in Bat Trang Pottery Village where you can learn the process of making a pottery product and create your own during the workshop.
Refill your energy by having lunch at a local restaurant in a new urban area of Eco Park.
Afternoon

At last, you will stop by the Red River Pottery Market of Quang Ba, where ceramics are stacked waiting to be taken into Hanoi by bicycle.

Okay, so in Hanoi, our guide was super informative and his English was on point, probably the one with best English among all. I gotta say, I wish we had more time to go to the Hanoi Prison.
Sapa and Halong are different types of landscapes but both attract visitors by their pure beauty.
Hue and Hoi An have the charming point of old-aged beauty and peaceful atmosphere.
Down in Saigon, the attractions are all so stunning and breathtaking. Anyways, Saigon was a bit too chaotic for my liking as I prefer my time in Hue and Hoi An.
Mekong Delta is such an unique tour. This is my first time go to a visit a rivulet region and it had blown my mind.
Overall, I gotta give props to Bestrate Travel for their attention to detail.
So, would I do it again? Absolutely. But maybe with fewer scooters and more countryside vibes next time.

We did have a break from cycling to board a cruise tour at Halong Bay, which as great too!
1. Itinerary (9.5/10). We traveled through a lot of places on our bikes, and it was not energy-draining. There was enough free time for us to sit back and just enjoy the beautiful nature in Vietnam. This 2-week trip allowed us to explore all of Vietnam’s essential natural sights and the exciting local life off-the-beaten track. And it would be perfect if there are more activities on the Halong Bay cruise for us to partake in.
2. Activity (10/10). Besides pedaling through some of the region’s most attractive destinations, we also have joined a wide variety of adventurous activities. Visiting magnificent caves, cycling down the rough terrain, kayaking in Halong Bay, motorbiking through Hai Van Pass, etc. It was a hair-raising and exciting experience! We would definitely come back to Vietnam for these experiences.
3. Food (9.5/10). Vietnam is genuinely a foodie paradise. We tried a wide range of local cuisines in each and every city we passed through, and it was just so good.
4. Accommodation (8.5/10). Overall, it was good, the rooms were comfortable and the hotels had excellent views to observe the city’s most stunning attractions. One minor issue was that the hotel in Hue was far from the city center and the staff was not so nice.
5. Tour guides (10/10). Nam and Bach were the best tour guides on this trip. They are exceptionally informative, knowledgeable and caring. Water bottles and phone chargers were provided at all times, just ask them nicely :)
Overall, it was a wonderful trip. My friends and I were so satisfied and had so much fun. Would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic adventure in Vietnam.
