Our guide, Back, was really knowledgeable and helpful in providing information and leading us. This was a fantastic day trip away from the city. Even though the water was rough getting to the smaller canals that day (no one could control the weather), the boat ride down the canal was serene and pleasant.

Great day trip with Hanna from start to end. Our group has 9 people but we felt well take car by our guide. The lunch should improve a bit.

3 day Ha Long Bay experience

We organised with the brilliant Mia Nguyen at Best Rate Tours for a 3 day, 2 night tour with Orchid cruises on their nostalgia boat. Mia’s help and organisation was brilliant. Due to the typhoon we had to change plans but she was helpful, friendly and organised throughout. We genuinely could not have asked for more from her. The boat was clean, comfortable and with some absolutely brilliant staff. We are well, plenty of options and lots of food available. The trips we took from the boat were even better than expected. An amazing experience.
