I had a wonderful trip thanks to Ms. Jenny who was so nice and supportive. Bestrate Travel's services were amazing and both of us had a great time in Vietnam. We love this itinerary, it was so well organized and so interesting. We will book again with your team if we plan to come back to Southeast Asia again.

The thing that I like most about this tour is its itinerary included some free days when I can explore on my own. It was a regret that Ninh Binh hadn't been included in the itinerary; however, Mai Chau was so interesting and I really like the cycling experience there. Compare to the cheap price I paid, the service was amazing and all hotels during the trip were perfect.

The assistance, the guide in Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta, the food in the Halong Bay were great.
The transfer between Hue to Hoi An without air condition, should improve.

Again thank you for looking after us in Vietnam. Our trip was great and we loved visiting and learning about a very rich ancient culture. I am sure we will be back again.

1. Hotel in Hanoi – La Suite Hotel & Spa –
The hotel staff were fantastic. Lovely people. The room was a little below our expectations. We found the room size to be OK, however the window was at the rooftop level where there was washing lines and it wasn’t a very pleasant outlook. The window didn’t close properly so we had some noise until the area was quiet. We enjoyed it because it was a handy good location.
4.2. Hotel in Hue– ÊMM Hotel Hue - Again staff were lovely. Hotel was below our expectations. Smallish size room (for 3) Location was good.
4.3. Hotel in Hoi An– Golden Holiday Hotel & Spa – This was the best of our rooms, large modern and good location. The staff were lovely and the assistance to us was fantastic. A very good hotel with good restaurant and facilities. Balcony access.
4.4. Hotel in Ho Chi Minh– Thien Hai Hotel - This was the smallest of our rooms we stayed in. Below expectations for size. Location was average.

Both my wife and I had an excellent tour of Vietnam. This was largely due to the organization of the trip by Bestrate Vietnam. What set this tour company apart from others was that they could change the itinerary around to suit us. You are not restricted to a set itinerary. The tour consultants worked very hard to satisfy our requirements and we appreciate their efforts. Being new visitors to this country could have been daunting. However, the tour went seamlessly. All travel arrangements and tours went off without a hitch. We had great confidence in our guides - their local knowledge was so good that we felt comfortable and relaxed as we visited the sights. The tour represented great value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Bestrate Vietnam to any person travelling to Indochina area.
3.1. Guide in Hanoi
Tom was our first guide and probably the best of all (although ALL were very good). He had such a friendly, happy personality, with a good sense of humor. His English was excellent and knew Hanoi so well. We had such a good visit and we enjoyed Hanoi the best of all due to his efforts. He obviously enjoys his job and it shows in the way he looked after us.
----------------
3.2. Guide in Hue/ Hoi An
Anh was excellent as well. She is a very pleasant and intelligent lady. Her knowledge of the history of the area was extremely good. She was able to give us such good information. Her English was excellent and we enjoyed Hue immensely.

Guide in Hoi An was Luc. Luc was competent, his English good and his knowledge of the area was excellent. He gave us a good tour.
--------------
3.3. Guide in Ho Chi Minh
We had 2 guides here. First day Kun took us to Cu Chi tunnels and then to the City in the afternoon. He was very pleasant, friendly and had good English. We had a very busy day and saw a lot.
The second day Harry took us to Mekong River. This was a more relaxing visit which we enjoyed so much. Harry was very accommodating. He looked after us well. The meal we had with the family in the house on the bank of the Mekong was one of the best of the whole trip. We felt Harry was the youngest and least experienced guide that we had. His English was satisfactory. He is such a keen and friendly person and he will develop into an excellent guide.

4.1. Hotel in Hanoi - Hanoi Pearl Hotel
Very comfortable and well appointed. The food served both at breakfast and for dinner in their dining room was excellent. We loved the roof top bar from which we could view to city below while having refreshing drinks.
---------------
4.2. Cruise in Halong - Indochina Sails 2 days
We could not believe how good the accommodation and food was on board. It was just so excellent. The crew was excellent as was the whole trip at Halong. A real highlight!
------------------
4.3. Hotel in Hue - Huong Giang Hotel Resort and Spa
A very big and well-appointed hotel. Very nice views from our window over the Perfume River. The food served both at breakfast and for dinner in their dining room was excellent. We really enjoyed their sauna and spa facilities.
----------------
4.4. Hotel in Hoi An - Little Hoi An Beach Boutique Hotel & Spa
This was such a nice hotel. The hotel was well appointed. Transport into Hoi An was provided. Without doubt it had the best, friendliest staff of the hotels we stayed at. This made such a difference. The staff there looked after us so well. The dining staff for example took the time and interest to engage in conversations with us. We were sad to leave there.
----------------
4.5. Hotel in Nha Trang - Alana Nha Trang Hotel
This was a very good hotel. Very well appointed. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were excellent with views to the beach. The front desk concierge named Vin was without doubt the friendliest front desk worker we met on our trip. Such a bubbly and happy personality. He was able to recommend a few local restaurants where we had some excellent feeds.
---------------------
4.6. Hotel in Ho Chi Minh - Harmony Hotel
It was comfortable and well appointed. It was disappointing that for our first 2 nights all we saw from our room window was a concrete wall. However on the night we came back from the Mekong we did get a room with a view which was so much better. The dining room where we had breakfast and meals had great views. We really liked the staff here, they were extremely friendly.
------------------
4.7. Hotel in Can Tho - Muong Thanh Can Tho Hotel was the most opulent hotel we stayed
at. Very big, impressive large foyer entrance, lots of facilities and a great roof top bar area
where you got a great view of the Mekong area.
